The Love Square: Andy, Sydney, Isaiah, Mady
- Andy Voyen (23) shocked all the islanders when he chose Isaiah Campbell’s (21) former partner Sydney Paight (22). No one expected this, except Sydney. Before the recoupling they talked about getting to know each other then secretly kissed.
- After Isaiah confronted Andy about not following ‘bro code’; Andy offered a deadpan apology.
- Mady McLanahan (26) burned her romantic bridge with Andy.
- Sydney confesses the secret kiss to Zeta Morrison (29).
- In the bed, Mady and Isaiah kiss goodnight.
- The next morning, she tells the girls in the makeup room. Sydney to cries at the thought of Isaiah moving on.
- Isaiah confronts Sydney about the blindside. She says Andy knew she preferred him.
- Isaiah presses his point that Sydney said something for Andy to pick her.
- Sydney admits she knows he kissed Mady.
- Isaiah claims that things won’t romantically progress with Mady.
- Mady is left crying to Zeta and Debb Chubb (26). She knows Isaiah is using her to get back at Sydney. She questions her adequacy as no guy has prioritized her.
Zimmy’s first crack.
- Timmy Pandolfi (29) panics when Zeta asks, «Could you see us on the outside of here?»
- He hesitates then says, «Yeah, I could.»
- In the confessional, he admits the question made him drawback.
- Timmy confesses to Jesse Bray (27), «…now I’m just thinking about what I said. I’m not trying to take it back. I’m just like, yo, I don’t even know how we operate outside of this…»
- He feels questions about long-term commitment are coming too soon.
- Jesse advises Timmy to stay at his own pace.
The Dolph Ziggler part
- Dolph Ziggler hosted, Tag-Teamed, a WWE themed challenge. The islanders had to trash talk each other and pop giant balloons full of paint on the canvas. The winner was Mady and Isaiah.

- Tyler Radziszewski (23) danced with Sereniti Springs (28) in this episode. They also kissed on the swing set as the islanders watched from the kitchen.
The Bryant siblings sit at the fire pit
- Chazz Bryant (21) reveals his top four girls: Sereniti, Mady, Deb and Sydney.
- Bria Bryant (24) reveals her top three boys: Isaiah, Jesse, and Timmy.
